with our B2B cold call operations. The ideal candidate will have a certification in the German
language and excellent communication skills. We will provide training to help the candidate
improve their cold-calling and communication skills.

About the Job (Sales and Marketing Intern)

YENA Engineering is looking for a sales and marketing associate who will support and strengthen our current sales and marketing team. You will be part of our team which is dedicated to success and will help you grow further as a person, whilst you ensure that our digital sales and marketing operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct B2B cold calls in German to potential customers
• Research target markets and tailor pitches to specific industries
• Update call lists and follow up with potential customers.
• Assist with other sales and marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Certification in the German language,
• Can work at least 10-15 hours in a week,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Comfortable with making cold calls and conducting market research.
