Reporting and Analytics Assistant Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Reporting and Analytics Assistant Specialist" to be assigned to the office of our company in Maslak, İstanbul which provides international technology transfer, services and consultancy to investment companies operating in global financial markets. 

Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Reporting and Analytics Assistant Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience to become an integral part of our organization and contribute to our success in the global financial markets.

Responsibilities:

Generating and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on various aspects of client activities.

Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will support informed decision-making.

Collaborating with different departments to gather relevant information and ensure accurate reporting.

Assisting in the development of new reporting tools and dashboards to improve efficiency and productivity.

Participating in special projects related to data analysis and reporting as required.

Preparing the reports requested by the top management accurately and clearly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

New graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in the relevant industry are preferred.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful conclusions.

Proficiency in MS Excel and other data analysis tools.

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in reporting and data analysis.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong sense of responsibility.

Knowledge or interest in financial markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
