Supply Chain / Demand Planner Intern

Purpose of the function:

We are looking for a consultant intern with a broad view on Supply Chain Management and with substantial interest of inventory management and forecasting. 

The main responsibility is to assist the consultant team during the inventory and forecasting improvement projects. The responsibility starts with assistance at the pre-sales stage, through the analysis of the current situation through the design of the solution up to its implementation by using the capabilities of Slim4.  

During the project you will also gradually build a preferred relationship of trust with several contacts within the organization of the customer through your competence and empathy for the customer’s situation. 

You are able to effectively communicate with people and do fabulous reporting in order to reach the project targets.

Job description:

   Support the team in new Slim4 implementations including the project plan and project resources.

   Assist the project management process.

   Support communication process of implementation status, issues, risks and effort.

   Understand customers’ cases & requirements and support the application of Slim4 best practices.

   Assist provision of customers with knowledge on performing advanced analysis of supply chain scenarios.

   Working with Sales to scope, estimate and write Statements of Work for new projects.

Required competences:

   4th year student in Industrial Engineering.

   Able to work 3-4 days in a week.

   Good organizational and communication skills.

   Good command of English both written and spoken

   Good command of MS Office applications.

   Ability to work as a team player.

   Interest in Supply Chain sector.
