Robsen Robotics is looking for a motivated purchasing engineer with high-class problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have a very strong enthusiasm for supply chain operations in a supportive team environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from related engineering fields, especially in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering,
• Flexibility to travel for short periods, if necessary,
• No military obligation for male candidates,
• Valid driving license and being an active driver.

THE FOLLOWING ARE PREFERRED CAPABILITIES:
• Experience in technical purchasing, planning, procurement processes,
• Knowledge in hydraulics and pneumatics, metal manufacturing methods,
• Professional level of verbal and written skills in German.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assessing project material requirements and designing purchase schedule,
• Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased,
• Conduct price negotiations, offer requests, ordering, order monitoring, and delivery processes until procurement is completed,
• Comparing and selecting the optimum supplier and offer considering price, quality, logistics,
• Preparation and negotiation of purchase agreements,
• Making Purchase Order, (technical and non-technical),
• Preparing budgets, cost analyses, and reports,
• Develop, lead, and implement business cost reduction strategies through Sourcing to improve our cost position without sacrificing quality,
• Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers,
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure it meets or exceeds company KPI,
• Challenge existing suppliers to recommend more cost-effective and/or more reliable products that will improve our competitive position.
