materials, is looking for a teammate as Mechanical Engineer. As a Mechanical Engineer for
Machinery Division for Paper you will maintain an ongoing level of engagement with key
customers, build trusting relationships with clients and protect the brand by maintaining a
positive image during machinery operations.

• Machinery Division for Paper Industry: The machinery division for paper industry focuses on
providing the top quality production lines and various machines and mechanical parts for
customers’ needs in paper industry whom service on various paper types including industrial
papers, packaging papers. Division exclusively represents leading machinery producer in Europe.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships
• Managing high-level inquiries from C-level customers to ensure excellent customer service and
satisfaction
• Keeping the contact intensively with the customers & suppliers in the import market
• Responsible for the follow up of the orders and for the communication between the customer
and supplier during the order preparation process
• Promoting business development and alliances in foreign countries

• Acquiring valuable business agreements by generating the necessary market research for the
potential customers and countries and developing relationships with new customers
• Gathering the market information and preparing weekly, monthly and annual reports to inform
management
Required Skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering department
• Excellent command of both written and oral English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Open-minded, attentive and effective team player
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical skills and ability to see details

• Ability on working systematically in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to deal with operational process and high sense of responsibility
• Must be willing and able to travel abroad when necessary
