Position Overview

We are seeking talented and motivated 4th-year university students or fresh graduates who are passionate about management consulting to join our growing team as Part-Time Consulting Interns.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop essential consulting skills, and build a solid foundation for a future career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Consulting Intern, you will:

• Support research and analysis efforts to generate strategic insights for client projects.

• Analyze data and assist consultant teams in preparing reports and presentations.

• Participate in client meetings and workshops to gather insights and support project delivery.

• Develop presentations and reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations.

• Collaborate with consultants on data collection, organization, and visualization.

• Learn core consulting methodologies and enhance analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree (fresh graduate) or be a 4th-year student in a recognized university.
  (Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or MBA background preferred)

• A genuine interest in consulting, strategy, and business problem-solving.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent research and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Strong communication skills in both Turkish and English.

• A proactive, detail-oriented, and eager-to-learn attitude.

• Physical availability for 2–3 days per week is required.
