Associate Reinsurance Broker ( New Graduated )
Job Description
- Support to execute and evolve customer specific (SMART) plans that cover overall strategy, specific goals (what will be achieved) and tactics (how this will be achieved)
- Negotiating with local and global insurance markets to obtain best terms, conditions, coverage and pricing for a client per Risk Practice guidelines
- Monitor, analyse changes in the market and report all competitor activities
- Providing technical advice, product expertise and comprehensive review of client’s risk, support sales team where needed.
- Creating solutions to clients with multiple options.
- Prepare offers for customers.
- Coordinate communication and information flow between customers and company, and report to department head.
- Good understanding of clients’ needs in terms of meeting/exceeding their expected service level and in terms of providing insightful information for management to widen product range of clients and identify opportunities.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for clients and department head.Prepare product and solution presentations.
- Support all operational process including preperation of placement and payment documents etc.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Actuarial Departments of University
- Newly graduated or 1-3 years' of experience in the insurance sector, or as an insurance broker
- Fluent in both written and spoken English is an must
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Teamplayer
- Detail oriented and must be able to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
- No military obligation for male candidates
- Willingness to work in Istanbul, Sarıyer - İstinye area
