Fiba Retail is the sole authority to open and operate Marks & Spencer, Gap, Forever 21, lululemon stores in Turkey and is located in 8 different cities with a total of 93 stores. We are looking for a high caliber member to join us as a Human Resources Analytics Intern in our Head Office!
Which responsibilities does an “Human Resources Analytics Intern” have?
- 4th year student of Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or etc.
 - Flexible schedule to work at least 3 full days a week,
 - Excellent command of English,
 - Having good MS Office skills especially, Excel, PowerPoint and data management skills,
 - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail,
 - Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
 
What are we looking for as a “Human Resources Analytics Intern”?
- Gather and organize HR-related data from multiple sources,
 - Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality,
 - Assist in cleaning and preprocessing HR data for analysis,
 - Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI,
 - Supporting the preparation of weekly, monthly and annual HR reports (Employee engagement, Performance management etc.)
