Job Description and Qualifications Qualifications 4th Year Student in related departments of universities or newly graduated Fluent in English Able to continue internship full time at least 6 months Proficient in using MS Office programs Job Description

➢ Weekly checking of the websites of the journals to be added manually and in case of detection of a new publication, downloading new full-text pdf articles from the websites and adding them to the Vigidata,

➢ Preparing the weekly tracking table within the scope of manual and international projects and sharing the weekly newly identified articles and the names of the relevant journals with the software Support specialist,

➢ Weekly checking whether the journal links have changed,

➢ Documentation of all controls performed, weekly archiving of relevant tracking tables,

➢ Recording the information of the weekly added manual journals with their issues number and sharing them with the software Support Specialist.
