You'll collaborate closely with various internal teams, guiding clients through each step and facilitating a smooth transition from vision to reality.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering timely solutions.
- Guide clients through the company establishment process, explaining requirements, documentation, and timelines.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and strategy teams to ensure accurate and compliant company setup.
- Anticipate client needs and potential roadblocks, proactively finding solutions to ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and progress.

Qualifications:
- Final year student or graduate in business-related fields.
