Sales Intern:
3rd or 4th-year student from relevant departments of universities
Advanced level of English
Preferably with internship experience in sales department
Able to do a long-term internship at least 3 full days a week
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

Part Time Customer Services Specialist:
- Proficiency in English which includes written and verbal skills is a must
- Being a great communicator and problem solver

Görev ve sorumluluklar:
- Managing customers contacts, inbound and outbound, through various contact channels such as telephone, email, what’s app and live chat
- Reporting incoming calls and processes to the manager
- Supporting the solution of user requests which came to the support management program
- Following up the support management process
- Providing support for tasks in the Wellbees management panel
- Being the first contact for the customers’ questions & problems and solve the issue directly or assign to the relevant team
- Generating customer service reports with best practices and recommendations for improvements based on customer feedback
- Supporting the remote operation processes of the operations team, when possible
