Reengen is a high-tech company established in 2013. Reengen’s Energy IoT Platform is a
cloud based PaaS data analytics solution for commercial buildings, industrial facilities and
renewable energy plants.
We want to include new talents to our international and young company in the HR
Department.
Whom are We Looking For?
HR Intern (Remote)
● Help establishment of Human Resources department and contribute to the research
and implementation of new projects, such as Leadership Development Academy,
Compensation and Benefits, Talent Management…etc., and bring new ideas with
sectoral and competitive benchmarks, and reports
● Help creation of new HR initiatives, practices, projects, and prepare relevant
documentation
● Support talent operations, i.e. talent acquisition, talent management, training,
employer branding, internal communication, performance management, and all
related organizational development activities in the human resources department
● Support documentation processes and create operational efficiency, follow up
personnel files, schedule meetings for day-to-day issues, for the recruitment and
orientation processes
● Test new systems related with ongoing projects under the Human Resources
department
● Communicate with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties for relevant issues
What are the Requirements?
● Students with mandatory internship who are in their 3rd years of undergraduate or
1st year Master’s degree with an analytical discipline and background,
● Ability to continue internship at least for three days a week,
● Prior experience in HR/Talent/Organizational Development / Compensation and
Benefits/ Recruitment/ Training/ Research (must)
● Passionate for possessing a career in HR(must),
● Advanced level of English (must),
● Word, Powerpoint, and Excel knowledge (must),
● Eager to conduct research, bring new ideas and learn new things,
● A good communicator, team player, agile and adaptive.
