Robsen design's team is recruiting mechanical design engineers who are passionate about mechanical design, have strong communication skills, and have professional English knowledge.

EDUCATION
Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in a field that offers the opportunity to gain a well-rounded background (i.e. Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering) or industry experience that is equivalent.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS
• Understand project scope in its entirety and prepare engineering products using Solidworks maintaining high standards of quality, and safety in product designs,
• Manage and support the team members in the preparation of detailed design documents, source, order, purchase, and assembly of equipment of robotic systems, testing and validating through development,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine specifications and achieve product performance, aesthetics, schedule, cost, reliability, and quality targets,
• Document design and product specifications, test and validation plans, and lead and take part in teams for design fault analysis, and continuous improvement,
• Design required tooling and fixturing for development and production assemblies in concert with responsible manufacturing teams and stakeholders,
• Capability to apply and interpret Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T),
• Experience working on whole teams, project planning, and task management,
• Understanding mechanical design fundamentals and the new product design process,
• Write specifications for purchased components,
• Ability to detail, document, and communicate work performed through verbal and written means,
• Meet with clients, vendors, and partners,
• You don't have any obstacles to travel to domestic and abroad,
• You are comfortable commuting to this job's location,

PREFERRED SKILLS
• A minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred in the machine manufacturing industry,
• Ability to design robotic systems and machine equipment,
• Experience in following the manufacturing processes; sheet metal, machining, weldments,
• Proficient in German.
