Mega Global Energy is looking for a 'Accountant' who possesses the qualifications listed below to be assigned to the Accounting Department:

 

Responsibilities

  •  Properly filing all financial documents,
  •  Monitoring invoicing and collection processes,
  •  Preparing independent audit-related documents,
  •  Preparing periodic accounting documents to be presented to the company's financial advisor,
  •  Tracking tax payments,
  •  Keeping track of current checks, cash, and documents,
  •  Maintaining daily cash, POS, and accounting records,
  •  Checking the compliance of invoices with legal regulations,
  •  Performing and reporting general accounting transactions,
  •  Assisting in the preparation of profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and monthly financial statements,
  •  Preparing department budgets and monitoring department expenses,
  •  Monitoring banking transactions,
  •  Managing and overseeing the entry of bank transactions into the database,
  •  Assisting in the preparation of declarations,
  •  Tracking accounts receivable and ensuring the reconciliation of accounts receivable,
  •  Supporting budget and reporting work to be presented to management.

 

Qualifications

  •  Preferably a graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or Finance departments from universities,
  •  Proficient in advanced English,
  •  Able to manage work and time effectively,
  •  Strong analytical thinking skills,
  •  Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication,
  •  Proficient in MS Office programs,
  •  Capable of reporting and making presentations,
  •  Detail-oriented,
  •  Team player and dynamic,
  •  Committed to professional development.
