We are excited to announce the launch of our Talent Partner Academy, a unique opportunity that offers hands-on training in technology recruitment and HR to recent graduates and career changers who are passionate about this field. 

What We Aim For ? 

At our Talent Partner Academy Program, our aim is to provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to excel in technology recruitment and HR. We understand that the industry is constantly evolving and can be challenging to navigate, which is why we offer in-depth training led by industry experts.

Over the course of two months, participants will gain exposure to cutting-edge recruitment tools and have the opportunity to meet startup HR leaders, giving them valuable experience and insights. Our goal is that this program will provide participants with a strong foundation for success in the industry. 

• Participants will get to check out the latest recruitment tools for 10 weeks,
• You'll even get to chat with HR leaders from startups and get some valuable insights,
• We're all about giving you the skills and smarts to nail technology recruitment,
• We also want to show new grads and career changers what the tech recruitment field is all about,
• And, by doing all this, we hope to make a positive impact in the community and spread the word about this awesome industry!

Who Should Apply? ?

• Recent graduates or career changers seeking opportunities in tech recruitment, 
• Have the availability to participate in online evening meetings 2 days a week,
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude,
• Are passionate about technology, startups and emerging businesses,
• Have a natural talent for sourcing and researching new tools and techniques,
• Analytical and focused on identifying problems before finding solutions,
• Fluent in both English and Turkish.
