Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Intern will be responsible for;
- Create the orders and invoices in SAP B1
- Follow the dispensers’ contract and enter the data to the excel form
- Follow the allocations and inform the related business unites
- Participate the weekly demand planning meetings and support the demand planner
- Create the lead in CRM
- Provide support to the daily work of the Customer Service department
Qualifications
- Preferably being a 3rd or 4th year undergraduate student at university
- University students from Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or any other relevant departments
- For internship, it is necessary to be in the office (Kartal/Istanbul) at least 2 or 3 days a week.
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Open to learning, curious, responsible, and strong team player
- Good command of MS Office applications
