Job Description
- Analyzes market problems for current and potential customers,
- Evaluates analyzes about the market and competitors, and collects in the data pool, supports reports and product development plans,
- Prepares competitive and win-lose situation analysis for products,
- Defines new product needs and conducts cross marketing runnings,
- Defines the road plans of new products and checks the compatibility of existing products,
- Follows the stage-gate process as a project owner in product development,
- Analyzes and reports samples of OEM products from external suppliers and organizes purchase/rejection decisions,

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineering)
- Preferably having a master’s degree (marketing graduate is preferred) or an MBA,
- Must have at least 5 years of work experience within the Electric & Electronic Industry, at least 3 years is product management,
- Strong analysis, reporting and planning capabilities,
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Fluent English required, preferably German as a second language.
