International Sales - Trade Team Leader

  • Plans the necessary strategies for sustainable growth in territories, constructs long-term action plans, prevents short-term actions that may prevent sustainability,
  • Provides risk control of territories, reports high risky territories and local resources to the manager, constructs and implements risk prevention plans with the manager,
  • Analyzes the effects of the commercial working conditions determined by the territories, reports the feedbacks to the manager in order to make periodic arrangements,

Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Job Description
  • Preparing the digital mapping of the company and assisting the studies of digital communication strategies,
  • Supporting brand communication and product launching activities in digital area, (Local-Global),
  • Implement and manage our digital and social media strategy,
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization with our SEO partners,
  • Collaborate with multiple teams within the company,
  • Understanding of web traffic metrics,
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research,
  • Track the website traffic flow and periodically running user experience and A/B tests for the website,
  • Provide internal reports on a regular basis,
  • Manage an organization's website and maintain it, keeping best practices in mind
  • Optimize content for the website and social media platforms,
  • Following closely the innovations in the field of e-commerce and digital marketing, develops new project ideas and creating benchmark reports for our company,
  • Control and management of marketing activities carried out by representatives in the markets in which they operate,

Job Description

  • Follow up every steps of the materials that purchased from abroad or representative suppliers,
  • Negotiate price of related materials, research for alternative suppliers,
  • Analyze and create purchase plan according to sales reports,
  • Converting the material entered ERP system to order and follow the process,
  • Perform works or studies to increase business and process efficiency,
  • Provide timely and error-free support for the import operation process.



Job Description

  • Prepares competitive and win-lose situation analysis for products,

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineering)
  • Preferably having a master’s degree (marketing graduate is preferred) or an MBA,
  • Must have at least 5 years of work experience within the Electric & Electronic Industry, at least 3 years is product management,
  • Strong analysis, reporting and planning capabilities,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Fluent English required, preferably German as a second language.
