PRODUCT ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Analyzes and reports the purchase process of buyers,
  • Analyzes and reports the purchasing process of customers,
  • Coordinates customer experience studies in coordination with Sales Teams and Marketing Communications Team,
  • Makes product pricing suggestions in accordance with the brand and competitive positioning,
  • Analyzes sales reports, monitors sales trends. Makes campaign and pricing suggestions,
  • Makes suggestions and feasibility studies for seasonal campaigns and reports,
  • Plans the launch of new products and new versions of existing products,
  • Coordinates the periodic price list and catalog works, ensures that the necessary arrangements are made on the technical content,
  • Creates content for promotional materials such as websites, brochures, leaflets, posters, advertisements, promotional videos and blog posts,
  • Provides translation coordination for documents to be prepared in other languages,
  • Represents ENTES and the Marketing Department at fairs, launches, special customer events, presentations, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical and Electronics Engineering),
  • Preferably having a master’s degree (marketing graduate is preferred) or an MBA,
  • Must have at least 3 years of work experience within the Electric & Electronic Industry,
  • Advanced level of competence in MS Office applications,
  • Fluent English required.

TRADE SALES MANAGER

Qualifications

  • BSc / MS degree in electrical and electronic engineering or other related engineering disciplines,
  • Minimum 7 years of sales experience in the electronics industry,
  • Both written and spoken English is a must,
  • Goal oriented, innovative and problem solver,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
  • Have no obstacle to travel.

  • Plans the necessary strategies for sustainable growth in territories, constructs long-term action plans, prevents short-term actions that may prevent sustainability,
  • Provides risk control of territories, reports high risky territories and local resources to the manager, constructs and implements risk prevention plans with the manager,
  • Analyzes the effects of the commercial working conditions determined by the territories, reports the feedbacks to the manager in order to make periodic arrangements,
  • Ensures that the country's sales targets are planned and follows, and supports the manager in determining the necessary sub-targets.
  • Manages the performance of the team, participates in the activities for the motivation of the team,

FOREIGN PURCHASING TEAM LEADER

Qualifications

  • BSc / MS degree in foreign trade or other related disciplines,
  • Minimum +3 years purchasing experience,
  • Good knowledge and experience with Excel,
  • Material and electronic component knowledge,
  • Both written and spoken English is a must,
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under stress,
  • Excellent analytical capabilities,
  • Have no restrictions on domestic or international travel,
