Years of experience: No experience preference - the position will be create Decathlonian value in our warehouse through the candidate's warehousing performance
Level of education: Bachelor's(Graduate), Master's(Student), Master's(Graduate)
Languages: Turkish is a must & English is needed
Driving Licence : B type driver licence needed *transportation to the warehouse will be handled with pool cars of the firm
Job Type: Permanent / Full-time - and the candidate must be available on Saturdays 1 time a month / and no restrictions to travel to the other cities/countries
Job Location: Kocaeli /Sekerpinar
*the candidate must live around / or willing to move in Anatolian side of Istanbul

As a Warehouse Department Leader ;

You will be in charge of a part in warehouse activity.
You will work with both Decathlonians and partner service providers in the warehouse, so you will manage and achieve your KPIs with 3rd parties; you will learn and improve negotiation skills, for stores and users' happiness. You will be the part of the warehouse team which is users' happiness oriented.
You will provide logistical service for our stores' product supply with our goals; Security, Timing, Quality and Price.
You will manage your activities (Goods Receive, Shipping process, Stock management, E-com / Web process...), your goals; and you will be focus on providing the most effective and satisfactory logistical service.
You will present profit and development oriented works related t your warehousing activities.
You will be the in the middle of the whole Supply Chain process and will be in the last point just before to serve to our users / stores (Production, Importation, Warehouse, E-com users, Stores...).
You will participate in the development of Decathlon Turkey's logistical net.
This job will be a step in your career on different responsibilities, different trades, and different countries.
