QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
- Have an internship experience in any of the fields of internal/external auditing, financial auditing, audit/risk/controlling consulting,
- Having knowledge about Governance, Risk and Compliance and business end-to-end processes,
- Willingness to carry out structured audit plans for complex business processes,
- Self-motivated, deadline-oriented, fast-learner, flexible to overcome challenges in really tight timing and work strategically,
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Programs,
- Have an internship experience in project management or coordinating large deliverables with inputs from multiple sources,
- Good) level of proficiency in English reporting skills,
- Ability to travel in Turkey and abroad.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Execute audit procedures (management-, system-, financial-, compliance- and operational audits), identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting processes and procedures,
- Assist the Senior Internal Audit Manager in the administrative tasks related to the Internal Audit,
- Understand Group and local policies and procedures, Group and local delegations of authority, and local reporting requirements and other relevant audit criteria,
- Conduction of special audits and investigations,
- Consultation of the audit results with the audited functions,
- Follow-up of audit / ethics - hotline / internal control findings and action plans,
- Provide the necessary support to prepare Audit Committee, Internal Audit and Ethics Committee presentations and follow-up assignments,
- Help to prepare annual internal audit plan,
- Continuous development of process know-how and methodological skills for all kind of process audits,
- Focus on details, team player.
