JOB DESCRIPTION

To convert business requirements into well-architected solutions. To be directly helping customers to automate processes to improve efficiencies. To configure Atlassian software to meet customer needs. Providing products, solutions, technical leadership and best practice solutions to tasks.

Essential

• Able to good analyze customer needs
• Have a knowledge of project/product management methodologies (ITSM, SDLC)
• Have a knowledge of SDLC Models (Waterfall, Agile Development)
• Have a knowledge of best practice and solutions with Atlassian Products  
• Ability to suggest Atlassian Products (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket etc.) for customer needs  
• An ability to think analytically, innovatively and creatively
• An ability to create documentation
• To be a good team player
• Have skills of strong communication and organization
• Have skills of problem-solving, coordination and organization
• Willingness to take an Atlassian Certificate
• For male Candidates, preferably should have no military obligation for at least 1 year
• Comfortable working collaboratively both face to face and through online tools such as Skype, etc.

Desirable

• Implement Atlassian products according to customer needs
• Experience of the Atlassian software, in particular, JIRA and Confluence.
• Scripting/programming skills using languages such as Groovy or similar
